The communicators are the lifeblood of any CyberLock solution provided by Tec Solutions. The communicators and authorisors provide the ability to update permissions for the mechatronic locks and electronic keys. They also receive information which is passed back to the central system. This allows the generation of auditable reports. The range of communication devices available from Tec Solutions places the control in the hands of the user. These communicators link the CyberKeys to the management software. The Enterprise level software allows the user to program how and when the CyberKeys can be used and authorised. The user has complete control of all their CyberKeys, ensuring that all of their auditable access requirements can be met. The communicators you use depend on the size and authorisation requirements of the CyberLock system that you install. We will advise on the best options for your needs.
IR Encoder is a USB-to-infrared device that communicates with the infrared port on the CyberKeys. This communication device is suitable for those managing a small number of the electronic keys.
The USB Station connects by cable to the computer USB port. The USB Station allows simple access management for users with more electronic, intelligent keys than recommended for the IR Encoder.
WebStation adds network capability to the USB Station, and can be used either connected directly to the USB port of the computer or installed anywhere in your facility where you have a network connection.
Allows programming and downloading keys from remote locations, and connects back to the management software over the web, on a local network, or by modem or special wireless connection. There are options to use KeyPad devices or a more straightforward Minihub to achieve Key update. The KeyPad is generally used in situations where PIN verification of the holder is required, or shared Keys are in use. CyberKey Authorizer is the most advanced auditable access communication solution that Tec Solutions offer. This solution allows the user to easily manage many electronic keys, therefore maximising their access control and completing their security solution in the most efficient manner.
PDAs and mobile phones can be used with the software provided by Tec Solutions to communicate with keys on-demand in the field. There is the option of using PDAs with Infra Red communication, and also the choice of using BlueTooth update when connecting the CyberKey Blue with a Blackberry PDA.
Is a key cabinet designed to program and dispense CyberKeys. The CyberKeys are stored unprogrammed and locked securely in a cabinet until a PIN or RFID card is presented to the cabinet. After reading the card or accepting the PIN, the CyberKey Vault 20 communicates with the server and programs a CyberKey with permissions. The CyberKey Vault 20 cabinet body is gray powder-coated aircraft-grade aluminum. The door of the cabinet comes standard as clear polycarbonate. An aluminum door is available for an additional charge and will be installed prior to shipping. The latch of the cabinet has been tested to 1200 pounds of force. The cabinet connects to the network through a CAT 5 or CAT 6 Ethernet cable. Up to 20 CyberKeys are supported at one time. The cabinet recharges the keys with a recharge time of up to 3 hours.
is part of the Authorizer system. It requires an Authorizer hub to function. The Mini Keyport is a remote interface that allows a key to exchange information via a network. A green LED ready light indicates the Keyport is ready to begin communications with a key. A red LED busy light indicates the Keyport is in the process of communicating with the software. The Mini Keyport includes mounting hardware and installation instructions. It can be placed up to 100 feet away from the hub either indoors or outdoors.
